'The hilarious and heartwarming WE MAKE ANTIQUES! (2018) now has a sequel that outshines its predecessor in every way!
They have an eye for antiques. They’re competent. And their hearts are (more or less) in the right place. Yet, they somehow cannot get a break. This “antiques duo” become infatuated with a tragic kimono beauty whose father’s keepsake was swindled from her, and in order to help the damsel in distress, they plan a one-shot, comeback con game on a bigshot antiques dealer! Kiichi Nakai and Kuranosuke Sasaki, who received accolades in the previous work with their first head-to-head performance, show off their acting skills again as rivals in a love triangle with the heroine played by Ryoko Hirosue. Fumbling and stumbling in romance and a big scam, Nakai and Sasaki manifest great chemistry like a comedy duo. The beauty and the two merry heroes take the “treasure comedy” to greater heights!'
